The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, commonly known as the Hart-Celler Act, is one of the most damaging pieces of legislation in American history. Signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson on October 3, 1965, after the questionable assassination of John F. Kennedy with connections to Israel, the act dismantled the historical mandate of “White person of good moral character” established in the Founding fathers First Congress. Removing this mandate set America on a pathway to destruction. This bill was passed with a promise it would never change the European Immigration or Ethnic American demographic population of this country. Over time, however, the act fundamentally reshaped the U.S. population, reducing the White Ethnic American population from 90% in 1965 to less than 58% today. Demographic Transformation: Ethnic Erasure
Despite these false assurances, the Hart-Celler Act triggered a profound demographic shift. By removing barriers to immigration from Asia, Latin America, Caribbean and Africa, and prioritizing family reunification, the act enabled chain migration, where immigrants sponsored relatives, leading to exponential growth in non-European immigration. In 1965, the U.S. population was approximately 90% White Ethnic American. By 2000, this share had fallen to about 77%, according to Census data. Today, White Ethnic Americans make up less than 58% of the population. Increased Immigration: Between 1965 and 2015, over 59 million immigrants arrived, with minorities accounting for 92% of population growth from 2010 to 2018, led by Latinos and Indians/Afghans. At this current rate of invasion Ethnic Americas will be below 50% of the population in 2035 and less than 10% of the population by 2088. Complete extension levels of Ethnic Americans by 2101. – Canada: The 1967 Immigration Act adopted a points-based system, leading to increased immigration from Asia and the Caribbean. By 2021, 23% of Canada’s population was foreign-born, with visible minorities comprising over 22%.

Japan’s foreign-born population is less than 2%, and South Korea’s is around 3.5%, with strict citizenship requirements. Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia allow temporary migrant workers but rarely grant citizenship, preserving ethnic and cultural dominance. Even India, with its diversity, has low immigration rates (0.4% foreign-born) and prioritizes internal cultural cohesion.
