A Lie by Hart-Celler: Suicidal Empathy Destruction of a Nation

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, commonly known as the Hart-Celler Act, is one of the most damaging pieces of legislation in American history. Signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson on October 3, 1965, after the questionable assassination of John F. Kennedy with connections to Israel, the act dismantled the historical mandate of “White person of good moral character” established in the Founding fathers First Congress. Removing this mandate set America on a pathway to destruction. This bill was passed with a promise it would never change the European Immigration or Ethnic American demographic population of this country. Over time, however, the act fundamentally reshaped the U.S. population, reducing the White Ethnic American population from 90% in 1965 to less than 58% today. This blog post explores the act’s origins, the congressional debates that downplayed its demographic impact, and the broader context of mass migration as a phenomenon largely unique to Western nations.

Emanuel Celler’s Lifetime of Subversion

Emanuel Celler, a Jewish congressman from New York, was on a lifelong subversive mission to open America to the floodgates of the world. The 1924 quotas had blocked many Jewish refugees fleeing Germany from entering the U.S. despite his efforts, Cellar sought retribution. After World War II, Celler saw immigration reform as a way to open America to not only Jewish people but to the world. His four decades long push culminated in the Hart-Celler Act, introduced in January 1965. While the act was heavily focused on Holocaust survivors, its the civil rights movement’s rejection of discrimination drew on Celler’s lifelong mission to create a more inclusive immigration system.

The Hart-Celler Act passed with strong bipartisan support, reflecting the Jewish lobbies control over both the Senate and the house. setting an annual cap of 170,000 visas for the Eastern Hemisphere (with a 20,000 per-country limit) and 120,000 for the Western Hemisphere. Immediate relatives of U.S. citizens were exempt from these caps, a provision that later drove significant immigration.

During congressional debates, proponents repeatedly assured skeptics that the act would not significantly alter America’s demographic composition, which was roughly 90% White Ethnic American in 1965. Senator Edward Kennedy, a key supporter, stated in 1965, “This bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission.” Secretary of State Dean Rusk echoed this, testifying that the act would not lead to a “worldwide rush” and predicting only a modest increase in immigration. Attorney General Nicholas Katzenbach similarly argued that the bill’s impact would be minimal, emphasizing family reunification as a mechanism to maintain existing demographic patterns.

These assurances were critical in securing support, particularly from lawmakers wary of demographic change. Representative Michael Feighan, a conservative Democrat, initially resisted but agreed to support the bill after insisting on prioritizing family reunification over skills-based immigration, believing this would favor European immigrants with ties to U.S. Ethnic Americans. Congressional records, including debates in the Congressional Record (1965), reflect these promises, with supporters framing the act as a correction of past injustices without transformative demographic consequences, a lie based on a lie.

Demographic Transformation: Ethnic Erasure

Despite these false assurances, the Hart-Celler Act triggered a profound demographic shift. By removing barriers to immigration from Asia, Latin America, Caribbean and Africa, and prioritizing family reunification, the act enabled chain migration, where immigrants sponsored relatives, leading to exponential growth in non-European immigration. In 1965, the U.S. population was approximately 90% White Ethnic American. By 2000, this share had fallen to about 77%, according to Census data. Today, White Ethnic Americans make up less than 58% of the population. Increased Immigration: Between 1965 and 2015, over 59 million immigrants arrived, with minorities accounting for 92% of population growth from 2010 to 2018, led by Latinos and Indians/Afghans. At this current rate of invasion Ethnic Americas will be below 50% of the population in 2035 and less than 10% of the population by 2088. Complete extension levels of Ethnic Americans by 2101. Border States like California Ethnic Americas are already a Major Minority. You can not increase the birthrate to solve this issue White people are less than 7% of the global population, the billions of this world will never stop coming as long as the floodgates remain open.

Mass Migration Across All Western Nations

The demographic transformation driven by policies like the Hart-Celler Act is largely unique to Western nations. Countries like the United States, Canada, Australia, and much of Western Europe have experienced significant immigration-driven diversification since the mid-20th century, often framed as “replacement migration”. Outlined in the 2000 UN Report Replacement Migration:
– Canada: The 1967 Immigration Act adopted a points-based system, leading to increased immigration from Asia and the Caribbean. By 2021, 23% of Canada’s population was foreign-born, with visible minorities comprising over 22%.
– Australia: The dismantling of the White Australia policy in the 1960s and 1970s opened immigration to Asia and beyond. Today, 30% of Australians are foreign-born, with significant Asian and Middle Eastern populations.
– Western Europe: Countries like Germany, France, and the UK have seen large-scale immigration from former colonies and other regions since the 1950s. In Germany, 26% of the population has a migrant background (2023 data), while in France, North African and sub-Saharan African immigrants have reshaped urban demographics.

In contrast, non-Western nations like Japan, South Korea, and China maintain restrictive immigration policies, prioritizing ethnic homogeneity. Japan’s foreign-born population is less than 2%, and South Korea’s is around 3.5%, with strict citizenship requirements. Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia allow temporary migrant workers but rarely grant citizenship, preserving ethnic and cultural dominance. Even India, with its diversity, has low immigration rates (0.4% foreign-born) and prioritizes internal cultural cohesion.

This divergence stems from Western nations’ historical openness to immigration, suicidal Empathy has led to a “replacement” of native populations, a term laden with controversy but reflecting measurable demographic shifts that can not be ignored. For example, in the UK (where Muhammad is now the number one boys name), Ethnic British residents fell from 87% in 2001 to 80% in 2021, mirroring U.S. trends. Meanwhile, countries like Poland and Hungary, which resist large-scale immigration, maintain predominantly white populations (over 95%).

A Legacy of Death by Empathy or Wake-Up and Save Our Nations

The Hart-Celler Act based on Congressional debates in 1965 reassured Americans that the act would not alter the nation’s ethnic makeup, yet it unleashed a wave of non-European immigration that reduced the Ethnic American population share from 90% in 1965 to under 58% today. This transformation, projected to make whites a minority by 2038, erased from this earth by 2101. As part of a broader pattern of mass migration unique to Western nations, driven by liberal immigration policies back by foreign Middle Eastern interests. If all Western Nations do not take a stand White people will be erased from this world. If America does not take a stand and repeal the Hart Celler’s act, de-naturalization of wrongfully interpreted birthright citizenship and preform mass deportation on a large scale by the mid-point of next century Ethnic Americans we a be a distant memory of he past similar to the Indigenous Indians. Is your empathy for the world more than our empathy for our own people?

  1. The General

The Hart Celler Act destroyed America.

    It must be overturned.

  2. You say that Whites will be extinct by 2101.
If this does occur, the entire civilization will end. Civilization cannot continue without the White race.

  3. Thank You for sharing this important information. Ethnic Americans need to know by who, how, and when the bomb was dropped on us.

  5. Thanks so much for this post Rush. Everyone needs to understand that America was founded only for White men of good character and they tried for 189 years to change that. Well it changed in 1965 and 60 years later we clearly see the fruits of their insidious labor.

Very well written and straight to the point. Good job, not just with this article, but with the entire site. I’ve already shared it with numerous people and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work.
