
Fellow Ethnic Americans,
For two hundred and fifty years and more, our People have labored upon this continent with unyielding courage and faith, hewing a great Republic from wilderness, defending it with blood across every generation, and transmitting its blessings as a sacred inheritance to our children and our children’s children. After thirty-eight parts of exhaustive documentation spanning a year of unflinching labor, the full and terrible record of our Displacement now stands complete before God and man. What began as a catalog of injuries and warnings has become an indictment that can no longer be denied. This document stands alone, as the Declaration of 1776 stood alone. It is offered to the candid World, to our elected Representatives in Congress and the several States, to the memory of our Forefathers, and to every living descendant of the founding stock as our first formal Redress of Grievances addressed to the government by the Ethnic American People assembled as one voice. Let future generations read these words and know that in the year of our Lord 2026 we chose duty over comfort, fidelity over silence, and the survival of our People over the convenience of those who would erase us. — James Sewell

The Declaration of Ethnic American Independence
Ethnic Americans, United as One People and Assembled in Solemn Voice, Do Hereby Present and Declare Our Grievances
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one People to demand the restoration of their rightful inheritance and to assume once more the Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the Causes which impel them to this Demand.
The hour is late, yet we come in peace and fidelity to the Republic our Fathers built. All prior peaceful remedies within the institutions have been exhausted. We do not seek separation from the American Republic, but the full restoration of the Founders’ original covenant — the Nation established by the Naturalization Act of 1790 for free White persons of good character and their Posterity. We therefore declare the causes which impel us to demand this Restoration.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal before their Creator in their unalienable rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness; that Peoples, however, possess distinct characters, histories, cultures, and destinies ordained by Providence; that Governments are instituted among Men to secure these rights and to preserve the particular inheritance, safety, and prosperity of the People who formed them; and that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends by subverting the ethnic covenant upon which it was founded, importing alien multitudes who share neither blood, language, faith, nor allegiance, and criminalizing the defense of the ancestral homeland, it is the Right and Duty of that People to alter or abolish its corrupt practices and to restore it to its original principles.
The Republic was founded not as a proposition nation open to all the world, but as a homeland for free White persons of good character and their Posterity. The Naturalization Act of 1790, signed by President George Washington himself, confined citizenship explicitly to “free white persons of good character.” The Preamble to the Constitution speaks of securing the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. John Jay in Federalist No. 2 declared this one connected country to one united people descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, very similar in their manners and customs. This covenant, forged through four hundred and nineteen years of settlement, struggle, faith, toil, and achievement from Jamestown in 1607 and Plymouth in 1620 onward — through the clearing of forests, the draining of swamps, the building of cities, the winning of independence at Saratoga and Yorktown, the taming of the wilderness, the crossing of the plains, the defense of the Republic in every generation from the Civil War to two World Wars — has been deliberately and systematically betrayed by the present Government. What our Forefathers established exclusively for their own Blood and Posterity has been transformed into a deracinated enterprise serving global interests at the direct expense and ultimate dissolution of its rightful Heirs.
To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
The present Government has opened the borders to tens of millions of aliens, contrary to the clear intent of the Founders who restricted naturalization to free White persons of good character and who understood that a stable and free Republic requires a coherent People sharing Blood, Language, Faith, and Customs.
The present Government has enacted the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 and every subsequent measure that has imported millions through chain migration, refugee programs, asylum abuse, unchecked illegal entry, and visa floods, driving the founding stock toward minority status in the very cities, towns, and States our ancestors built, defended with their lives, and loved across generations of sacrifice.
The present Government has multiplied each legal entrant by chains of relatives and has misinterpreted the Fourteenth Amendment — never intended by its framers to serve as an instrument of demographic conquest — to grant instant citizenship and claims upon our treasury to children of illegal aliens, forging permanent demographic bridges that undermine the original Compact.
The present Government has flooded our trades, professions, engineering firms, technology sectors, construction sites, agricultural fields, and manufacturing halls with foreign labor that depresses wages, displaces native workers, hollows out our communities, and offshores the factories and industries our fathers and grandfathers built with their own hands through decades of honest toil.
The present Government has captured our schools and universities, imposing doctrines of critical race theory, diversity-equity-inclusion mandates, and reparations agendas that condemn Whiteness as original sin, indoctrinate our children with self-loathing, rewrite our history as a catalog of crimes rather than triumphs of exploration, invention, and liberty, and grant preferences in admissions and hiring to non-Europeans while importing foreign students who displace our own youth from the seats of learning endowed by our Forefathers.
The present Government has imposed crushing national debt now exceeding thirty-five trillion dollars, engineered inflation through the Federal Reserve, and systems of taxation that transfer the wealth earned by Ethnic American workers and families to non-citizens, foreign entities, and ever-expanding resettlement programs that accelerate our dispossession.
The present Government has allowed the flooding of our heartland communities with opioids and other destructive substances, devastating families, creating widows and orphans, reducing our birthrates and numbers, while billions in resources flow outward to newcomers instead of healing and strengthening our own people.
The present Government has neglected the infrastructure — roads, bridges, water systems, public works, and monuments to our heritage — built by the sweat and ingenuity of our labor while diverting vast sums to house, feed, educate, and empower those who enter without invitation or consent.
The present Government has sought repeatedly to disarm the people whose ancestors secured liberty by force of arms at Lexington, Concord, Saratoga, and Yorktown, while shielding criminal invaders with sanctuary policies that betray the Fourth Amendment in our own homes and neighborhoods.
The present Government has weaponized law against those who peacefully defend the founding stock, prosecuting speech and assembly as hatred while excusing riots, looting, and criminality committed in the service of demographic transformation.
The present Government has turned media and digital platforms into engines of relentless psychological warfare, vilifying our people as inherently oppressive, erasing our historical achievements from textbooks and public memory, and promoting a multicultural mythology that fractures our national cohesion and denies us the right to love and preserve our own heritage.
The present Government has captured churches and religious institutions, turning pulpits that once upheld the European Christian foundations of the Republic into advocates of replacement theology, open borders, and the false notion that Christian charity requires the dissolution of our own people’s homeland and inheritance.
The present Government has promoted gender ideologies, the fragmentation of the traditional family, and cultural assaults that suppress our birthrates and erode moral order precisely as mass importation is encouraged to fill the resulting demographic void.
The present Government has enacted affirmative action, diversity quotas, and reparations agendas that codify discrimination against Ethnic Americans and treat our very existence, achievements, and historical contributions as a stain upon the Nation.
The present Government has diluted our electoral voice through deliberate demographic engineering, stolen fair representation, and transformed elections into contests increasingly decided by imported populations rather than the consent of the original People who framed the Constitution.
The present Government has allowed the exploitation of our ecological inheritance, allowed land acquisition and profiteering by entities whose allegiances lie elsewhere, and expanded foreign aid and tribute while our own Posterity suffers neglect in schools, hospitals, neighborhoods, and rural communities.
The present Government has subverted the administrative state into an unaccountable leviathan of regulations, edicts, and bureaucratic power that nullifies the will of the governed and operates beyond the reach of any elected representative truly accountable to the founding stock.
The present Government has allowed the erosion of property rights, the invasion of rural and heartland communities, and the transformation of once-familiar landscapes into foreign enclaves through policies of settlement and deliberate non-enforcement of our laws.
The present Government has undermined the military and national defense by prioritizing diversity and global commitments over readiness and the security of our own borders and Posterity.
The present Government has permitted the capture of our corporations, foundations, and cultural institutions by ideologies hostile to our heritage, forcing businesses built by our people to adopt policies that discriminate against us and prioritize foreign and minority interests.
The present Government has fostered a climate of fear and self-censorship, where Ethnic Americans who speak in defense of their own people are branded as extremists while those who celebrate our replacement are praised as virtuous.
The present Government has systematically undermined the Tenth Amendment by expanding federal power far beyond the few and defined powers intended by the Framers, encroaching upon the numerous and indefinite powers reserved to the States and to the People, as James Madison clearly described in Federalist No. 45. Since the 1930s this dangerous drift has transformed the limited federal government established by the Constitution into an all-powerful central authority, breeding waste, fraud, and abuse on a scale that would have been impossible had the original division of powers been honored.
The present Government has, across more than half a century and under administrations of both major parties, pursued these policies with steady and unrelenting purpose, revealing a deliberate design to replace the Ethnic American People with an atomized, dependent population more easily ruled by globalist elites, corporate interests, and international bureaucracies. This is not mere policy failure. It is the Great Replacement — a betrayal of the founding covenant that spans two hundred and fifty years of accumulated sacrifice.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Government whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a betrayal of its founding People and their Posterity is unfit to continue in its present course without complete Restoration.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our fellow Americans. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature, courts, corporations, media, academia, and institutions to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us and to alter fundamentally the character of our Nation. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here from the earliest colonies onward. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred, our shared history, our language, faith, and inheritance to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence as one People under the Founders’ covenant. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We have been met with contempt, censorship, deplatforming, and lawfare instead of honest redress.
We must, therefore, remain steadfast against those who denounce our demand for Restoration. We hold this Government accountable for its long train of abuses, yet we extend the hand of peace and brotherhood to our fellow citizens of all backgrounds who will join us in returning to the principles and ethnic covenant of our Fathers. We seek not revolution but reclamation. We seek not the destruction of the Republic but its redemption and renewal upon the clear foundations laid by those who built it with their blood and toil. We affirm the right of a People to preserve themselves, their culture, their heritage, and their Posterity — a right exercised by every nation on earth that wishes to endure, and a right explicitly recognized in the founding documents and practices of this Republic until the mid-twentieth century.
We, therefore, the Ethnic American People, appealing to God, the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name and by Authority of our Heritage and the good People of our founding stock, solemnly publish and declare:
That these Ethnic American People are, and of Right ought to be, restored to their full inheritance under the Founders’ original covenant; that the present corrupt practices which have subverted that covenant must be wholly ended and reversed; that all allegiance to the deracinated and transformed policies now in force is and ought to be dissolved; and that as a free People within this Republic we have full Power to secure our Borders, restore our Demographics to the founding stock, reclaim our Institutions of education, governance, and culture, preserve and protect our Posterity, and to do all other Acts and Things which free Peoples may of right do to secure their rightful Homeland and the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity for generations yet unborn.
This Declaration is not an act of despair but of hope and resolve. For two hundred and fifty years our People have been the builders, defenders, and stewards of this land. We have cleared its forests, raised its cities, defended its freedom in every age, and passed its blessings from generation to generation. We now stand as the rightful heirs and custodians of that legacy. We declare before God and man that the deliberate subversion of our inheritance must cease. We call upon all who share our blood, our history, and our love of this Republic to join in this demand for Restoration. We call upon our fellow citizens of goodwill to recognize that a Nation cannot endure without a coherent People who cherish its founding character. We call upon future generations to read these words and know that in this hour we chose duty over comfort, fidelity over forgetfulness, and the survival of our People over the convenience of those who would erase us. Let this document stand as eternal testimony that the Ethnic American People, in the year of our Lord 2026, rose with solemn resolve to reclaim the covenant of their Fathers.
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Fellow Ethnic Americans — descendants of Jamestown and Plymouth, of Valley Forge winters and the wagons West, of factories built by calloused hands and farms carved from wilderness, of soldiers who stormed beaches and pioneers who crossed mountains — this Declaration is our solemn demand for Restoration. For two hundred and fifty years our people have poured blood, sweat, faith, genius, and unyielding determination into this land. Our ancestors risked everything so that we might inherit a secure homeland of our own kind. We owe them, and we owe our children and their children’s children, the same unyielding courage and fidelity. The Republic of our Fathers can and must be restored to its original intent and covenant. Stand firm, Kinsmen. Remember your blood. Honor your dead. Defend your inheritance without apology. Teach your children who they are and what they have been given. The future belongs to those who remember their past and resolve to pass it intact to their Posterity. Let this document endure as testimony that in the year 2026 we rose to meet our generational duty. May God bless our efforts, guide our steps, and grant strength to every heart that hears this call.
